Refund policy

Because many items are small-batch textile and craft goods, we ask customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, then please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

For change-of-mind returns, we will review requests case by case. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
